My father Tony “Toto” Severino is still baking all of your favorite Balkan Bakery delights such as italian balkan bread, fresh baked pizza’s & calzones on balkan dough and everyone’s favorite fresh dough to make your own pizza if you would like. Balkan Bakery has been an icon in Ashtabula county since 1916 and we intend to carry on the tradition of homemade balkan bread for many years to come.
